Getting the Porch Going

We were rained out yesterday. I went shopping for porch columns and decking materials. I also got hold of kitchen plans from home depot. I want apartment size appliances and home depot doesn’t have them. I am waiting on Lowes and then i’ll check in with my buddy Tony at ABC Warehouse. Even though it rained yesterday Fransisco put up the porch columns. They looked all out of whack. Fransisco said he couldn’t see in the rain. He took them down today and rebuildt them. You can see they looked pretty good. We put the level to them and the bubble was in the middle. This is Fransisco’s first job for me and looks like the real deal. Next week we should have the porch up,start the roof and start working on the floors inside.
